Overview Experienced Bookkeeper required, starting in Oct with handover from existing bookkeeper for a small Limited company Financial year Oct -Sept Dropbox is used for all paperwork. Please send a proposal to cover the year, which could be paid monthly.
Requirements; • Sales Invoices; raised by me, which can be directly into the software or externally for your input. Approx. 15-20 per annum • Supplier invoices I make all payments • Expenses; monthly, currently summarised in excel, for your input • Quarterly VAT returns • Company End of Year • Self-assessment • Payroll for 1 employee • All HMRC submissions • Bank Reconciliation • Management accounts; simple accounts to allow for end of year decisions • Reports Company Profit & Loss, Job Profit & Loss. Either access for myself to run
Timely Current requirement is only quarterly accounts, and monthly payroll. This will be at least until end of March. This will be reviewed then dependant on if any business has started In normal times without effect of COVID, monthly accounts. The suggestion is that I add all info required to dropbox, or the agreed system, within 7 days, and then 14 days allowance to complete accounts, leaving 7 days for me to review etc. Additional notes There is only 1 company debit card, no credit cards No company car The company is small so there is not requirement for an Accountant, i.e. hence an experienced Bookkeeper
