WooCommerce is used to purchase ‘membership’ to training courses. Membership also allows ‘candidates’ to create and maintain a CV (resume).
My client is looking to add functionality which will allow a form to be inserted/accessed into the WooCommerce ‘My Account’ page. From this page, candidates will be able to complete a series of fields, all of which will need to be sync’d with HubSpot (for admin team). Further, at the bottom of the page is the option to either print or save. Candidates will be able to log back in and update their details without needing to re-enter the data (pull from database)
On print, the CV will need to include all fields form the database and be styled with CSS using company colours/branding
Our Wordpress site is currently using the theme ‘Avada’. The form will need to retain the websites overall look and feel.
The form will need to include the following:
Photo upload, image picker Name, single field Date of Birth, date picker, Gender, dropdown, Address, numerous fields Telephone, single field Email, single field LinkedIn handle, single field, Personal statement, textbox, Education (with each new education entry, a new entry will appear below should the candidate wish to enter 2 (or more) entries) Education level (dropdown) Subject title, single field Pass level/grade, single field Employment to date (with each new employment entry, a new entry will appear below should the candidate wish to enter 2 (or more) entries) Employment start date (date picker) Employment end date (date picker, checkbox in the case that candidate is still in employment with that company) (HS) Company name, single field Position title, single field Job description including responsibilities, textfield Key IT Skills, single fields with the option to add others Languages spoken, single fields with the option to add others Tick box in which the candidate confirms whether or not they are currently in employment
