I need someone to create social media contents for a Facebook and Instagram page. It is for two businesses: (1) property rental business and (2) environment friendly cleaning products (for example, biodegradable products - bamboo tooth brushes, sisal dish brushes, coconut scourers, etc.)
Requirements: Engaging original contents (at least 70%) that provides solutions, answers or relevant and useful information, and encourages people to follow and share the content. Target audience: Current and prospective tenants (our target segment is 20s and early 30s), as well as underwriters of mortgages from the UK. Objective: Branding and brand awareness, as well as community engagement. I am not interested in social media marketing (paid).
I would like to know: If you think you can achieve the above; Your ideas and thoughts on the type of social media posts, with examples if possible; How many posts/week or month you propose to achieve the above; How many hours/week or month you will need to create those posts;
There is also another project which need social media posting on twitter, Facebook and linkendin on SSAS, Family Trusts, Will and Lasting Power of Attorney (four out of five posts involves sharing other's contents, which involves picking up a quote, shorten the link and apply new stock image, and one out of five post is original). This is 1 post per day so 28 to 31 posts per month, depending on the number of days in a month.
For all the above, I just need the content and the requirement is not to post on social media (at least in beginning). All three projects are UK based. The posts should link to British holidays and important/relevant days where appropriate.
