1. Customer visits the website and decides to Book a Job with us. Customer will press the Book Now button
2. Customer will have to enter their Postcode to see if we cover their location
3. Customer chooses a primary service such as Electrical Installation.
4. Customer chooses additional options under the primary service such as adding dimmer switches or changing the light bulb or installing a specific type of lighting
5. A price is outlined for the appropriate service chosen and the customer then must agree with the price and proceed to entering their information
6. The date for booking must be scheduled based on calendar availability. This can later be altered by the administrator if there is ever a complication
7. Once the job is scheduled, the appropriate email accounts are emailed a confirmation.
8. The payment becomes due on the day of the job and the office must mark a job as complete before a payment link is sent to the customer for making the payment – I will let you figure out what the best way to set this up will be.
Administrator should be able have a basic level of managing the jobs. You could potentially integrate this with a CRM system which is supported by WordPress and has good support for this type of industry.
