This project is for a UK based Freelancer who can provide a UK based telephone number. We need to be able to discuss our requirements with you over the phone prior to hiring and during the project.
We need a professional who can produce short video clips from images for a local business to use with Facebook ads and other platforms.

The Project: Digital Media Creation 1. We supply multiple before and after images. Freelancer to choose best images, resize where needed and create video clips to showcase a local businesses gallery of completed jobs 2. We will require multiple sizes & lengths of video. Freelancer must understand video compression and file size AND have their own software such as Adobe for image editing and video editing. 3. Happy/low volume background music to be provided by freelancer 4. Smooth transitions/titles/subtitles/labelling of videos and logically naming of files 5. Special effects or ideas welcome to grab user attention 6. Preferably someone who also understands online marketing for local business 7.
