I'm looking for a talented individual that will be able to build a script that can take articles from a xml or rss feed and publish it onto another website without tapping into the other sites framework (header, footer, database).
All article/feed content would be published and hosted on the site but in a folder with html pages, images and other pieces of content.
The company would just need to install a small piece of code on a page and certain elements of the posts would display in a list: Featured image, title, excerpt and date published. See attached example.
When a post is clicked on it would open the post up into a popup shadow box. The shadow box could have elements in it that were not included in the xml/rss feed like social sharing and ad blocks.
The shadow box should be easy to get out of. It should have an "X" out button. If you click outside of the box it should close and if you scroll to the bottom of the article it should close.
