There would be product filtration required is csv and would require cron job because total number of products including variation could reach about 80-90k. Products will be imported/fetched from third party either through API or CSV. Product stock CSV file has to be updated every 6-8 hours or twice daily in order to update latest stock status on website without the need of filtration again.
There would also be 500-700 products which are ready to sell with pre-built designs or blank garments from our existing stock. Those also need to be available to sell on the website. A template csv needs to be created in order to import them.
Users (end customers) of the website, they will be able to view the products, view product detail page, customize blank products and add it to cart. Once product is added into the cart then customers can check out and make the payment for the product using online payment gateway else they can continue the shopping.
All products must be linked to product customiser/personaliser with 4 side views (Front, Back, Left and Right).
End user can also opt in or opt out as per GDPR guidelines and customers should be able to remove preferences at a later stage as well. Right to be forgotten needs to be provided. For Aurbi, detailed record to be kept for all activity of customers such as giving consent or removing for all aspects of GDPR.
Systems owners should be able to manage the website: adding, updating products, orders, returns, refund, view payment, pdf invoices and manage static page content using back-end admin panel.
All products/images to be uploaded and tested and CMS has to be completed. In a nutshell - A ready to sell secure website when launched and released.
If the freelancers have any licenced plugins or themes which they can use, we are open to discussion on that.
Note: We can select Magento as an option in place of Woo-commerce provided the admin/management is user friendly. With the filters, we may have about 120k records (including variations i.e. size and colours) in future.
Futher details can be discussed or shared to interested and shortlisted freelancer.
