Background: I have a list of clients (list will increase / decrease) with information in one (First) excel file where I successfully text message them from using Ring central (Cloud based phone system).
I also have the same client list in another (Second) excel file, and a separate sheet for each client where I do some calculation for each one of them.
Requirement: From the second spreadsheet, I need to text and or e-mail, (or send both text and e-mail with the click of a button), only part of the calculation on a monthly basis, ( I use office 365, and my pc is 32GB Ram, 64 bit windows 10). Part of the spreadsheet that will go is - currently row 19 to row 24 and up to column from column b to column W.
When e-mailing, the report should have file name location and date stamp in the footer .
Subject for both e-mail and text needs to start with clients name or name code, and 'YTD Report as of today', or picked from a column of text.
E-mail should have a body, with greetings to the client, and a message, Picked from a column.
