I have an existing 26 page website. The website is working well, with SEO and content already in place. But it needs a re-design. and potential addition of upto 5 pages. No e-commerce, No membership/log-in pages

I require:
1) Thoughtful redesign of the website. I will expect you to input ideas onto each page and tell me your thoughts around why you have designed the website in such a way. I would also like thoughtful discussion and opinion of alternative designs.
2) 50% of my traffic is on mobile so I will require the mobile version to be fast and accurate
3) I will expect you to layout the content in a logical and easily consumable fashion
4) I will want the website to be responsive on tablet, pc and mobile
5) I will want you to update my SEO, H1 H2, metatags, metadiscriptions etc.. I want to rank for neighbouring towns and I will expect you to input/edit my text/ website to achieve this.
6) I will want you to use the design features of wix to build the website eg strips, parallax, animation,
7) I will want a handover back to me with advise on further management/maintenance of the website.
