I am looking for a great developer who is really good at managing and setting up User account, setting up email templates, and ensuring good user journey for everything when it comes to account creation and login on the site. Freelancer must be able to create forms and pages using best practice and modify plugin. All changes must not affect the rest of the site. This role is about accounts, emails, emails marketing and I need this work done in 2 weeks after appointment. The site has 6 accounts set up already. The site is not bare and has a good foundation – we just need someone who is able to review what we have and add all the necessary forms, email and pages to ensure great user experience. The site is WP based.
Work is as follows: ‘Subscriber’ Account Setup – General Principle • All Subscriber Accounts are set up from front end. • Subscriber Account should be verified, when they confirm their email. Admin should not need to verify ‘Subscriber’ accounts. • Name, Last Name and Email must be entered before a subscriber account is set up. • Subscriber accounts set up must agree to Privacy Policy (which I will create content for) before agreeing to sign up. • In Subscriber dashboard, subscriber should be able to set up Job Alerts, Manage Bookmarks, and to opt-in or out of newsletter. Features • When visitors are at the blog page, when they register for the blog, they will need Name and Surname and Email as above, and when they log in to dashboard, they would have already opted into newsletter. Of course, they can set up job alerts etc. • When visitors visit the job search results page, a CTA should prompt them to create job alerts (based on the parameters they have already selected. If no category has been selected, the CTA should lead them to just create an account). Works 1. Ensure all Subscriber account are created by Name, Last Name and Email (email will be their username). 2. Create relevant call to action boxes on the blog pages which prompts users to sign up for our newsletter. Ensure that they are singed up correctly and that they are opted into the newsletter. 3. Create relevant call to action boxes on the job search pages and advert pages which prompts users to create job alerts based on the adverts they are looking at or based on the job search. Ensure singed up correctly and job alerts are preselected. (WP Job Alert is already installed and in use and has the capability to create job alerts based on search criteria https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/job-alerts/ ) 4. Implement Google and Facebook Sign up when signing up as subscriber for login and registration. 5. Set up a good user account setup process. a. Set up email template, for when subscriber signs up for an account, when they reset their passwords etc. b. All, login and password reset pages must be branded.
‘Employer ’ Account Setup – Works 6. When Admin, creates Employer account from back end. Emails should be sent to new accounts set up. 7. Review and ensure Employer account can register for lost password and set up email template.
8. Select and implement a great Email & Email Marketing plugin so we can email those who subscribed to newsletter.
9. Other Types of emails needed: a. Emails to Employer when advert has been approved. b. Emails to Employer when advert is almost closed. c. Emails to Employer when advert has closed. d. Email to Admin when job pas been submitted for approval.
