JOB BRIEF We are looking for a Long Term Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Founder while working 100% remotely.
JOB DETAILS As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, Whatsapp and phone calls, providing administrative duties and writing/editing. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Slack, Whatsapp and email.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver detailed-oriented work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities - Responding to emails, Whatsapp and phone calls - Providing administrative duties - Writing/editing - Prepare PDF documents - Organize founder's calendars - Perform market research - Create presentations, as assigned - Address employees administrative queries - Provide customer service as first point of contact
REQUIREMENTS - Fluency in spoken and written English - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role - Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP - Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, PDF professional) - Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) - Knowledge of image editing software (Photoshop) - Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills - Excellent time management skills - Solid organizational skills - Extreme attention to Detail
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
