We are currently looking for a very proactive administrator. The role is best suited to someone with good all-round administrative skills, flexibility and good attention to detail. In addition to general admin support, handling social media activities will also be required.
Key tasks include:
• Create, edit and proofread documents, spreadsheets and presentations as required.
• Handle social media activity across platforms to ensure engagement and reach.
• Create and research content ideas for posts, articles, including imagery.
• Report on web and social media activity performance as required.
• Research and assist with the planning of events, book venues, prepare delegate packs, and all materials as required.
* Create, edit website
• General administrative duties to include copy/audio typing, diary management, etc.
• Edit and proofread proposals, reports and various content/documents as required.
• Research business development opportunities, speaker engagements as required.
• Identify relevant channels to increase coverage and reach to support new business opportunities as required.
This role is best suited to someone who has:
• Proven experience in administration and with a professional conduct.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Proficient in using a variety of software packages.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written English language skills
We're looking for someone who is interested in working with us on an ongoing basis, initially starting a few hours a week with the view to increase this once we've had a chance to both make sure it's the right fit.
