I'm moving a clients website from WordPress over to Shopify.
They are currently on Shopify for products, though they use WordPress for their blog.
The blog has around 2,000 posts and about 20 - 50 images per post.
I need two solutions from this task.
1. Migrating content from WordPress to Shopify. I've found this to be problematic as the Shopify API only allows for pushing 1 image per post.
2. Creating an easy to use CMS for their authors. The authors have a low level of skill with technology, to the point where adding meta fields in Shopify using an app is going to be difficult. For this I'm considering a headless CMS, a private Shopify app, or if needed then stay on WordPress and post to Shopify using an RSS feed.
Additionally I've run in to a problem with the RSS feed as the clients images are added to posts using the plugin: Advanced Custom Fields - Image Gallery. This plugin does not add the images in to the RSS feed.
I'd need your assistance with basically all development up to the point where the content is in the front-end and just needs touching up with html/css and basic liquid.
