I am a creative person looking to develop a very basic blog on Wordpress to store my personal thoughts. It is not for lead/income generation so simplicity is the key.
Because I am living on a teacher's salary, I cannot justify the cost of hosting on Ghost. However, I have been unable to find any other template that comes close to the clean design of the Ghost theme.
I have the original theme which I can transfer to you. Visuals of that theme can be seen on the attachment. Additionally, I would like to change some information at the bottom (theme/hosting information, theme developer, add rss link, etc. also attached)
What I'm looking for:
An experienced full stack developer to help kick-start/build on Wordpress. We need someone to work on recreating or modifying the existing Ghost theme into a functional Wordpress theme that I can add content to without requiring maintenance.
This needs to be finished by 11:59pm of January 13th. However I would like to see at least 1 draft of the progress before completion (possibly more if necessary).
To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:
- Experience translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
- Experience in developing websites in Ghost and Wordpress
I require someone who is fluent with excellent comprehension skills in English in case a phone call is necessary.
